    Long Island Tea recipe

    Description
    A delicious recipe for Long Island Tea, with vodka, light rum, gin, tequila, lemons and Coca-Cola. Also lists similar drink recipes.
    Ingredients
    1/2 oz vodka
    1/2 oz light rum
    1/2 oz gin
    1/2 oz tequila
    juice of 1/2 lemons
    1 splash Coca-Cola
    Method
    Combine all ingredients (except cola) and pour over ice in a highball glass. Add the splash of cola for color. Decorate with a slice of lemon and serve.
    Serve : Highball Glass

    Add the egg nog and Goldschlager together in a bowl. Add nutmeg if desired.

    1 3/4 oz white rum
    1/2 oz Cointreau& orange liqueur
    4 oz ginger ale
    juice of 1/4 lemons
    Method
    Pour into an ice-filled highball glass. Add the spent shell of the lemon quarter.
    Serve : Highball Glass
