Bread Cubes For Breakfast

Ingredients:
5 pieces Sandwich Bread
2 Boiled Potato
2 Boiled Egg
1 Tomato
½ Capsicum
2 green Chilies
1 Mid size Onion
3 teaspoon Butter
½  teaspoon Sugar
Salt

Preparation:

Slice the bread into 3cm cubes. Chop the potatoes, tomatoes, capsicum, onion and the boiled eggs into 2cm cubes. Also chop the green chilies into ½ cm pieces.
Put 2 teaspoons of butter on a hot frying pan, add the chopped onion and green chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the tomatoes and capsicum and let it fry for one more minute. Add sugar, the diced potatoes and sliced eggs, salt to taste and fry for 2 more minutes. Finally, toss the sliced pieces of bread, stir and let it fry for 2 more minutes.
